Description: Sparfell has reported a vulnerability in mod_auth_pgsql, which can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a vulnerable system.
The vulnerability is caused due to several format string errors in the way mod_auth_pgsql logs user-supplied information e.g. username. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary code with privileges of the "apache" user if mod_auth_pgsql is used for user authentication in Apache.
The vulnerability has been reported in version 2.0.2b1. Prior versions may also be affected.
Solution: Update to version 2.0.3.
