Description:
A security issue has been reported in grsecurity, which can cause certain services to run with escalated privileges.

The security issue is caused due to an error in dropping the admin role from restarted services when the Administrator, who restarted the services from the admin role, exits the shell without unauthenticating from the role. This can result in the admin role being retained by the restarted service.

The security issue has been reported in versions prior to 2.1.8.

Update to version 2.1.8.
