Description:
Red Hat has issued an update for the kernel. This fixes some vulnerabilities, which can be exploited malicious, local users to cause a DoS (Denial of Service) and gain knowledge of potentially sensitive information, and by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

Note: An error in IGMP which allows local users to cause a DoS via an IGMP membership report sent to a target's Ethernet address instead of the Multicast group address has also been fixed.
