Beskrivelse:
Aliaksandr Hartsuyeu har fundet en sårbarhed i WebspotBlogging, som kan udnyttes af ondsindede personer til at udføre SQL-indsættelsesangreb og potentielt kompromittere et sårbart system.

Input suppleret til parameteren "username" i login.php filtreres ikke korrekt, før det benyttes i en SQL-forespørgsel. Dette kan udnyttes til at manipulere SQL-forespørgsler ved at indsætte vilkårlig SQL-kode.

Succesfuld udnyttelse forudsætter, at "magic_quotes_gpc" er deaktiveret.

Dette kan yderligere udnyttes til at omgå godkendelsesprocessen og tilgå den administrative sektion, hvor det rapporteres, at PHP-kode kan indsættes via "Import Themes" funktionaliteten.

Sårbarheden er bekræftet i version 3.0, men tidligere versioner kan også være berørte.
