Description: A vulnerability has been reported in Fetchmail, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).
The vulnerability is caused due to incorrect freeing of an invalid pointer when bouncing a message to the originator or to the local postmaster. This can be exploited to crash Fetchmail.
The vulnerability has been reported in versions 6.3.x prior to 6.3.2 and in release candidates 6.3.2-rc1, -rc2, and -rc3.
Solution: Update to version 6.3.2 or later.
