Description:
A vulnerability has been reported in Sun Solaris, which can be exploited by malicious, local users to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error in the x64 kernel processing code and may be exploited to cause a kernel panic.

Successful exploitation requires that the system is running in 64-bit mode.
