Description: Ulf Harnhammar has reported a vulnerability in Metamail, which potentially can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a user's system.
The vulnerability is caused due to a boundary error in the handling of boundary headers within an email message. This can be exploited to cause a heap-based buffer overflow and may allow arbitrary code execution.
The vulnerability has been reported in version 2.7. Other versions may also be affected.
Solution: Use another product.
