Description:
zjieb has reported some vulnerabilities in ImageVue, which can be exploited by malicious people to gain knowledge of certain system information, conduct cross-site scripting attacks, and potentially by malicious users to compromise a vulnerable system.

1) Access to the "dir.php" and "readfolder.php" scripts allows an attacker to obtain information of the configured image directories, their permissions, and to list files in arbitrary directories.

Examples:
http://[host]/dir.php
http://[host]/readfolder.php?path=[path]&ext=[extension]

2) Input passed to the "bgcol" parameter in "index.php" isn't properly sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site.

Example:
http://[host]/index.php?bgcol=[code]

3) Missing sanitisation of the file extension in "admin/upload.php" can be exploited to upload arbitrary files onto the server. This can potentially be exploited to upload PHP files containing malicious code.

Example:
http://[target]/admin/upload.php?path=[path]

The vulnerability has been reported in version 16.1. Other versions may also be affected.
