|
|
Description: A vulnerability has been reported in Squishdot, which can be exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security restrictions.
Input passed to certain parameters in the "mail_html" template isn't properly sanitised before being used to construct an email message. This can be exploited to inject arbitrary email headers by inserting newline characters in the parameters.
Successful exploitation allows the sending of spam messages from the server.
The vulnerability has been reported in version 1.5. Prior versions may also be affected.
Solution: Apply patch for Squishdot_mail_html.dtml.
