CVE reference:CVE-2006-0984

Description:
Some vulnerabilities have been discovered in TOPo, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting attacks, manipulate sensitive information, and compromise a vulnerable system.

1) Input passed to the "gTopNombre" parameter in "code/inc_header.php" is not properly sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site.

Successful exploitation requires "register_globals" to be enabled.

2) Input passed to the "descripcion" form field parameter when adding a new site is not properly sanitised before being used. This can be exploited to insert and execute arbitrary PHP commands.

3) Input passed to the "ID" parameter when adding a site isn't properly verified, before it is used to create a new site. This can be exploited to overwrite an arbitrary site entry by supplying an existing ID value.

The vulnerabilities have been confirmed in version 2.2.178. Other versions may also be affected.

Solution:
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised and verified.

1) Set "register_globals" to "Off".
