Description: Sun has issued an update for Xorg X Server. This fixes a vulnerability, which can be exploited by malicious, local users to bypass certain security restrictions.

The vulnerability affects Solaris 10 with patch 118966-14 through 118966-16 on the x86 platform.
Solution: Apply T-patch or vendor workaround.
Apply T-patch T118966-18.

As workarounds, the vendor suggests backing out patch 118966-14/15/16 if possible or removing the setuid bit from the Xorg server (see vendor advisory for details).
