Description:
SGI has issued a patch for SGI Advanced Linux Environment. This fixes some vulnerabilities and a security issue, which can be exploited by malicious, local users to gain escalated privileges and read arbitrary cron files, and by malicious people to bypass certain security restrictions, potentially cause a DoS (Denial of Service), and compromise a vulnerable system.
