Description:
Ruben Garrote Garcia has reported a vulnerability in Cherokee, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting attacks.

Input passed in HTTP requests to the web server is not properly sanitised by the "build_hardcoded_response_page()" function in cherokee/handler_error.c before being returned to users. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML or script code in a user's browser session in context of a vulnerable site.

Example:
http://[host]/..[code]

The vulnerability has been reported in version 0.5.0. Prior versions may also be affected.
