Description:
Yang Jilong has reported a vulnerability in AIX, which can be exploited by malicious, local users to perform certain actions with escalated privileges.

The vulnerability is caused due to a race condition in the "rm_mlcache_file" command when processing temporary files. This makes it possible to overwrite the contents of arbitrary files.

Solution:
Apply Interim fix until APARs are available.
