Description:
Revnic Vasile has reported a weakness in Web+Shop, which can be exploited by malicious people to disclose system information.

The problem is that it is possible to disclose the full path to the installation by accessing "webplus.exe" with an invalid "storeid" parameter.

Example:
http://[host]/cgi-bin/webplus.exe?script=/webpshop/store.wml&storeid='

The weakness has been reported in version 5.3.6. Other versions may also be affected.

Solution:
Configure the application to ensure that error messages containing the full path to the installation are not returned to users (e.g. by redirecting users to another page).

Provided and/or discovered by:
Revnic Vasile
