Description:
rgod has discovered a vulnerability in phpGraphy, which can be exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security restrictions.

The vulnerability is caused due to an insecure authentication process in index.php. This can be exploited to access certain administration sections by providing a special url parameter combination.

Example:
http://[host]/index.php?dir=&editwelcome=1&popup=0

The vulnerability has been confirmed in version 0.9.11. Prior versions may also be affected.

Solution:
Update to version 0.9.12.
