Description:
almokanna has reported a vulnerability in bMachine, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting attacks.
Input passed to the "key" parameter in search.php is not properly sanitised before being returned to users. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of a vulnerable site.
The vulnerability has been reported in versions 2.5, 2.7, 2.8, 2.9b and 3.1. Other versions may also be affected.
