Description: A vulnerability has been reported in Dnsmasq, which potentially can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).
The vulnerability is caused due to an error within the handling of certain requests from a DHCP client. This can be exploited to crash the service via a DHCP client that requests for a broadcast reply.
The vulnerability has been reported in version 2.29.
Solution: Update to version 2.30.
