Solution:
Update to the fixed versions.

MySQL 4.1.x:
Update to version 4.1.19.

Update to version 5.0.21.

MySQL 5.1.x:
Vulnerabilities #1-#3 will be fixed in version 5.1.10, vulnerability #4 has been fixed in version 5.1.6.
