|
|
Description: luny has reported some vulnerabilities in Pre Shopping Mall, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct SQL injection attacks.
Input passed to the "search" parameter in search.php, the "prodid" parameter in detail.php, and the "cid" parameter in products.php is not properly sanitised before being used in an SQL query. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.
This can also be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of a vulnerable site when SQL error messages are returned.
Solution: Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised.
Provided and/or discovered by: luny
Changelog: 2006-06-07: Added CVE reference.
