Description:
Mustafa Can Bjorn has reported a vulnerability in ASPBB, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting attacks.

Input passed to the "search" parameter in perform_search.asp is not properly sanitised before being returned to users. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of a vulnerable site.

The vulnerability has been reported in version 0.5.2. Other versions may also be affected.

Solution:
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised.
