Description: A security issue has been reported in Secure Elements Class 5 AVR, which potentially can be exploited by malicious people to disclose certain sensitive information.
The security issue is caused due to the same encryption key and initialization vector being used to encrypt messages for every message session. This potentially allows an attacker to discover some information about the encrypted messages.
The security issue has been reported in version 2.8.1. Prior versions may also be affected.
