Two vulnerabilities have been reported in LoudHush, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service) and potentially to compromise a vulnerable system.

The vulnerabilities are caused due to boundary errors within the "iaxclient" library when handling received UDP data. This can be exploited to cause buffer overflows via specially crafted truncated full-frame and truncated full-frame packets.

The vulnerabilities have been reported in version 1.3.6. Prior versions may also be affected.
