| CVE reference: | CVE-2006-3023 CVE-2007-0815
|
|
Description: Some vulnerabilities have been reported in Uphotogallery, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting attacks.
Input passed to the "s" and "Block" parameters in thumbnails.asp and to the "s" parameter in images_archive.asp is not properly sanitised before being returned to users. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site.
The vulnerabilities are reported in version 1.1. Other versions may also be affected.
Solution: Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised.
