Description: Sun has acknowledged an update for sendmail. This fixes a vulnerability, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

Solution: Apply Interim Security Relief (ISR).

Solaris 10 (x86 platform):
Apply IDR123454-01.
As a workaround, the vendor suggests setting the "ForkEachJob" option and configuring sendmail to write statically named core files (see vendor advisory for details).
