Description: ZeberuS and Redworm have reported a vulnerability in PHP-Fusion, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct script insertion attacks.
Input passed in uploaded avatars and forum image attachments isn't properly sanitised before being used. This can be exploited to inject arbitrary HTML and script code, which will be executed in a user's browser session in context of an affected site when the malicious image is viewed directly in Microsoft Internet Explorer.
The vulnerability has been reported in version 6.01.2. Prior versions may also be affected.
Solution: Update to version 6.01.3.
