Description:
1dt.w0lf has reported a vulnerability in Invision Power Board, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct SQL injection attacks.

Input passed to the "CLIENT_IP" HTTP header is not properly sanitised before being used in a SQL query. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.

The vulnerability has been reported in version 2.1.6. Other versions may also be affected.

Solution:
Update to version 2.1.7.
