Description:
Moritz Naumann has reported a vulnerability in WebScarab, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting attacks.

Input is not properly sanitised before being returned to a user when visiting a specially crafted URI with certain browsers (e.g. Konqueror or Internet Explorer) through WebScarab. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected site.

The vulnerability has been reported in version 20060621-0003. Other versions may also be affected.

Solution:
Update to version 20070504-1631.

NOTE: Version 20060718-1904, which was the previously reported solution, does not fix the issue.
