Description:
Tan Chew Keong has reported a vulnerability in AGEphone, which can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a user's system.

The vulnerability is caused due to a boundary error in sipd.dll when processing received SIP datagrams and can be exploited to cause a stack-based buffer overflow via a specially crafted SIP datagram with an overly long string.

Successful exploitation allows execution of arbitrary code.

The vulnerability has been reported in versions 1.24 and 1.38.1. Other versions may also be affected.
