Description:
A vulnerability has been reported in Top Layer Network Security Analyzer, which can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a vulnerable system.

The vulnerability is caused due to a boundary error in NetworkSecurityAnalyzer.exe within the license manager (port 10616/TCP) and can be exploited to cause a stack-based buffer overflow by passing an overly long argument to the "LICMGR_ADDLICENSE" command.

Successful exploitation allows execution of arbitrary code.
