Description:
rgod has reported two vulnerabilities in XMB, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct SQL injection attacks, disclose sensitive information, and potentially compromise a vulnerable system.

1) Input passed to the "u2uid" parameter in u2u.php is not properly sanitised before being used in a SQL query. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.

2) Input passed to the "langfilenew" parameter in memcp.php isn't properly verified, before it is used to include files. This can be exploited to include arbitrary files from local resources.

This can further be exploited to include arbitrary PHP code injected into Apache web logs.

The vulnerabilities have been reported in version 1.9.6. Other versions may also be affected.

Solution:
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised.
