Description:
beford has reported a vulnerability in Kayako eSupport, which can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a vulnerable system.

Input passed to the "subd" parameter in esupport/admin/autoclose.php is not properly verified before being used to include files. This can be exploited to include arbitrary files from external or local resources.

The vulnerability has been reported in version 2.3.1. Other versions may also be affected.
