Description:
rgod has reported some vulnerabilities in sendcard, which can be exploited by malicious users to disclose certain sensitive information, and by malicious people to bypass certain security restrictions.

1) The vulnerability is due to an error in the authentication process. This can be exploited by an attacker to bypass authentication and to perform certain action via scripts in the "admin" folder.

2) Input passed to the "plugin_file" parameter in admin/mod_plugins.php is not properly verified before being used. This can be exploited to disclose and potentially overwrite the content of local files with the privileges of the web server via directory traversal attacks.

3) Input passed to the "cfg_sendcard_dir", "cfg_sendcard_host", and "cfg_sendcard_docroot" form field parameters is not properly sanitised before being used. This can be exploited to insert and execute arbitrary PHP code or include files from external resources by manipulating configuration settings.

Successful exploitation of #2 and #3 requires access to the administration section.

The vulnerabilities have been reported in version 3.4.0. Prior versions may also be affected.
