Description:
A vulnerability has been reported in Ruby on Rails, which can be exploited can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

Input passed via the URL isn't properly verified before being used. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary Ruby code.

Successful exploitation may hang the Ruby on Rails process or cause loss of data.

The vulnerability has been reported in versions 1.1.0, 1.1.1, 1.1.2, and 1.1.4.

NOTE: This was originally fixed in version 1.1.5. However, the fix was inadequate as it did not fix the vulnerability completely.

Solution:
Update to version 1.1.6.
