Description:
Two vulnerabilities have been discovered in WEBInsta CMS, which can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a vulnerable system.

Input passed to the "templates_dir" parameter in index.php and to the "module_dir" parameter in modules/usersonline/users.php isn't properly verified, before it is used to include files. This can be exploited to include arbitrary files from external and local resources.

The vulnerabilities have been confirmed in version 0.3.1 and 0.4.0a (only the "module_dir" parameter). Other versions may also be affected.
