Description: A vulnerability has been reported in Python, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service) and potentially compromise a vulnerable system.
The vulnerability is caused due to incorrect handling of UTF32/UCS-4 encoded strings within the "repr()" function. If an application uses the "repr()" function to process attacker supplied data, this can potentially be exploited to execute arbitrary code.
Solution: Update to version 2.5.
