Description:
Sun has acknowledged a vulnerability in Solaris, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The vulnerability has been reported in Sun Solaris 9 and 10 for both the x86 and SPARC platform.

Solution:
Disable the creation of unique core dump files (see the vendor's advisory for detailed instructions).
