Description:
A vulnerability has been reported in Cerberus Helpdesk, which can be exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security restrictions.

The vulnerability is caused due to an error in the authentication process in rpc.php, which can be exploited to disclose a ticket requester's email address.

Example:
http://[host]/rpc.php?cmd=display_get_requesters&id=[ticket id]

The vulnerability is reported in version 3.2.1. Other versions may also be affected.
