Description

Kacper has discovered a vulnerability in PH Pexplorer, which can be exploited by malicious users to disclose sensitive information or compromise a vulnerable system.

Input passed to the "Language" cookie parameter in explorer_load_lang.php is not properly verified before being used to include files. This can be exploited to include files from local resources.

The vulnerability is confirmed in version 0.24. Other versions may also be affected.

Solution
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly verified.
