Input passed to the "user_settings" cookie in index.php is not properly verified before being used to include files. This can be exploited to include arbitrary files from local resources.

If the file upload function for an album is enabled, this can further be exploited to execute arbitrary code by uploading and including a file containing malicious PHP code.
