Description:
A vulnerability has been reported in Sun ONE Application Server and Sun Java System Web Server, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error in Network Security Services (NSS), which can be exploited to cause the server to exit.

Note: The vulnerability affects only systems, which have SSLv2 enabled.

The vulnerability is reported in Sun Java System Web Server 6.0 and Sun ONE Application Server 7.

Solution:
Sun Java System Web Server:
Update to version 6.0 Service Pack 10 or later.

Sun ONE Application Server:
Update to version 7 Update 3 or later.
