Description:
A vulnerability has been reported in Novell iManager, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The vulnerability exists due to improper handling of HTTP POST requests. This can be exploited to crash the service via a specially crafted HTTP request with an overly long TREE parameter (more than 256 bytes).

The vulnerability is reported in Novell iManager 2.5. Prior versions may also be affected.

Solution:
Update to version 2.6.
