Description:
nuffsaid has discovered a vulnerability in iWare Professional, which can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a vulnerable system.
Input passed to the "msg" parameter in admin/mods/SimpleChat_1.0.0/chat_panel.php is not properly sanitised, before it is written to the web-accessible chat_log.php file. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary PHP code.
The vulnerability is confirmed in version 5.0.4. Other versions may also be affected.
