Beskrivelse:
LMH har rapporteret en sårbarhed i Mac OS X, som potentielt kan udnyttes af ondsindede personer til at udføre et DoS (Denial of Service).

Sårbarheden skyldes en fejl under håndteringen af korrumperede DMG-imagestrukturer og kan udnyttes til at forårsage en kernel-panik.

Sårbarheden er rapporteret i en fuldt opdateret Mac OS X (20-11-2006). Andre versioner kan også være berørte.

Løsning:
Opdatér til Mac OS X 10.4.9, eller installér Security Update 2007-003.
