|
Description: Laurent Gaffié and Benjamin Mossé have reported some vulnerabilities in SoftAcid Link Exchange Lite, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct SQL injection attacks.
Input passed to the "url" parameter in search.asp and to the "psearch" parameter in linkslist.asp is not properly verified before being used in a SQL query. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.
Solution: The vulnerabilities have reportedly been fixed in an updated version.
Provided and/or discovered by: Laurent Gaffié and Benjamin Mossé
Changelog: 2006-11-27: Updated "Solution" section.
2006-11-30: Added CVE reference.
