Beschreibung:
fireD hat eine Sicherheitslücke in H-Sphere gemeldet, die böswillige lokale Benutzer ausnutzen können, um bestimmte Aktionen mit erweiterten Rechten auszuführen.

Die Sicherheitslücke besteht, da die Anwendung Log-Dateien innerhalb des Benutzerverzeichnisses mit unsicheren Dateirechten erzeugt. Dies kann ausgenutzt werden, um mit Symlink-Attacken Logdaten an beliebige Dateien anzuhängen.

Die Sicherheitslücke wurde in Version 2.4.3 gemeldet. Andere Versionen können ebenfalls betroffen sein.

Lösung:
Die Sicherheitslücke wurde angeblich in Version 2.5.0 RC3 behoben.
