Beschreibung:
Hendrik Weimer hat eine Sicherheitslücke in Clam AntiVirus gemeldet, die böswillige Personen ausnutzen können, um einen DoS (Denial of Service) zu verursachen.

Die Sicherheitslücke wird durch einen Stack-Überlauf während der Verarbeitung von Nachrichten mit tief verschachteltem Multipart-Inhalt verursacht. Dies kann ausgenutzt werden, um den Dienst zum Absturz zu bringen, indem man speziell präparierte E-Mails an ein verwundbares System sendet.

Die Sicherheitslücke wurde in Versionen vor 0.88.7 gemeldet.

Lösung:
Aktualisieren Sie auf Version 0.88.7.
