Description:
Sun has acknowledged a vulnerability in Solaris, which can be exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security restrictions.

The vulnerability is caused due to the WAN Boot software using a static version of a vulnerable OpenSSL library.

Apply patch 117123-08 or later

Solaris 10:
Apply patch 121229-02 or later

-- x86 Platform --

Solaris 9 (12/03 or later):
Apply patch 122715-02

Solaris 10:
Apply patch 121230-02 or later

The vendor recommends replacing certificates in use with certificates not using an exponent of 3.
