Description: IMHOT3B has reported a vulnerability in Knusperleicht Shoutbox, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct script insertion attacks.
Input passed to the "sbNick" parameter in shout.php is not properly sanitised before being used. This can be exploited to insert arbitrary HTML and script code, which is executed in a user's browser session in context of affected site when the malicious data is viewed.
The vulnerability is reported in version 2.6. Other versions may also be affected.
