Description: Ralf S. Engelschall has reported a vulnerability in CVSTrac, which can be exploited by malicious users to conduct SQL injection attacks and cause a DoS (Denial of Service).
Input when editing wiki pages or opening a new ticket is not properly sanitised before it is used in an SQL query in "is_repository_file()" within format.c. This can be exploited to conduct limited SQL injection attacks that e.g. can result in SQLite errors and cause a DoS.
Successful exploitation requires privileges to edit wiki pages or to open new tickets.
The vulnerability is reported in version 2.0.0. Other versions may also be affected.
